TLB Operator

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain the Tractor Loader Backhoe (TLB) efficiently and safely.
• Execute excavation, digging, and loading tasks as per project requirements.
• Conduct routine pre-operational checks on the TLB to ensure its proper functioning.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks on the equipment.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations on the construction site.
• Collaborate with the construction team to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Valid TLB operating license.
• Proven experience as a TLB Driver in a construction or related field.
• Ability to operate and maintain a TLB effectively.
• Good understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
• Physical fitness and stamina for extended hours of outdoor work.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
