RPO Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to join our client's team. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, calibrating, and maintaining a wide variety of instruments used in different industries. Responsibilities:
  • Install, calibrate, and maintain various types of instruments and control systems.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on instruments to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with instruments and control systems.
  • Repair or replace faulty instruments and components.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other team members to identify and resolve technical problems.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
  • Adhere to safety procedures and regulations while performing all job tasks.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Instrument Technician.
  • Trade qualification in Instrumentation or relevant field.
  • Knowledge of various types of instruments and control systems.
  • Experience in calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of instruments.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Availability to work in different industries and comply with safety regulations.
