As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of an enterprise-wide project involving multiple partners and clients. You will be required to work closely with all levels of business throughout the entire lifecycle of the project in order to ensure success at each stage. You will also manage all aspects of planning and implementation whilst working collaboratively with other teams within Oracle.


Requirements


  1. Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
  2. Identification and managing of Project dependencies and Critical Path
  3. Scheduling regular meetings and recording decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps)
  4. Update project management governance documents
  5. Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
  6. Monitor project progress and address potential issues
  7. Act as the point of contact for all participants
  8. Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings
  9. Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
  10. Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for the project
  11. Document project risks and issues and follow-up on feedback and solutions
  12. Ensure that all key stakeholders stay informed and are considered when required, e.g., GDT OpCo, Quality Manager and the ServiceNow Owner
  13. Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
  14. Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective
  15. Build out Statement of Work for projects with the relevant subject matter experts
  16. Updating the Project Management Tracking and Monitoring Tools, where required



Qualifications


  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required.
  2. At least 8 years of experience in IT management, including 5+ years of project management experience
  3. Strong leadership skills and ability to lead teams to achieve project objectives
  4. .RICEFWs ( Reports, Interfaces, Conversions , Enhancements, Forms , Workflows)
  5. Interdependency to existing Projects
  6. Multiple BUs across different locations globally, Multiple languages
  7. Multiple vendor contracts/partnerships
  8. Reporting capability, including dashboards
  9.  Capability : Organizational design , SLA Definition, Target Operating Model
  10. definition, Global Service Catalogue
  11. General project management understanding and experience (PMP / PRINCE2
  12. certification is a plus)
  13. Project administration knowledge and experience.
  14. Knowledge of Computer Systems Validation (CSV) process is preferred
  15. Knowledge of and experience in Pharmaceutical industry is preferred
