Flexographic Printing Supervisor

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flexographic Printing Supervisor for our client in the packaging manufacturing industry. As a Flexographic Printing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the printing operations, ensuring quality and efficiency targets are met. You will also be responsible for managing and developing a team of printing operators.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in flexographic printing, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of flexographic printing processes and equipment
• Proven track record of achieving production targets while maintaining high quality standards
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in printing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
