This is a remote-based 12-month independent contract opportunity paying up to R400 per hour.

THE COMPANY
This newly established Investment platform business aims to deliver a purpose-built, customer-centric product based on international investment trends. This business is backed by a leading international Wealth Manager. 

You will have the opportunity to work in a highly complex, fast paced environment with a skilled team of Investment Specialists operating a hybrid onshore and offshore platform aimed at transforming the South African investment industry.

THE ROLE
As Support Analyst, you will support business & technical users in creating, maintaining, enhancing, and updating FIS Compass processes & systems. You will be responsible for connecting the IT, production, and operations business functions to enable outstanding customer experiences at low cost-to-serve methodologies.

Your focus will be on the business’s ongoing IT support, development, and migration requirements on FIS Compass and Finswitch. 

SKILLS
5+ Years’ technical support experience in a financial services/investment/fintech environment
Extensive FIS compass experience (essential)
ITIL/COBIT certificate/knowledge
