Kerridge Commercial Systems is a market leader in the development and provision of trading and financial software environments for specialist Distribution, Wholesale, Merchant and Retail industry sectors, addressing single or multi-branch operations, as well as catering for organisations with 'point-of-sale' showrooms and warehouses. Integrity Retailer is part of the KCS Group and is a software development solution that provides expertise in Payroll / ESS and HR.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze system specifications (BRS) Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans Execute test cases and analyze results Create logs to document testing phases and defects Report bugs and errors to development teams Help troubleshoot issues Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

Skills, Knowledge and Experience :

Essential:

Extensive experience in a customer-focused role in a Payroll oriented environment Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role Experience in QA methodology Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus Ability to document and troubleshoot errors Working knowledge of test management software and SQL Excellent communication skills Attention to detail Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude Strong organizational skills

Desirable:

Knowledge of the Integrity Payroll / ESS Application software or similar Experience in a software support environment or similar Experience in the following:JIRAConfluenceCherwellSQL Syntax

Remuneration:

The salary and package are commensurate with the role and experience
