The role of a salesperson within this organization is integral to driving business growth and achieving its ambitious goals

This is not a typical sales position; it is designed for individuals who thrive on challenges, are motivated by growth, and excel in executing sales strategies that drive conversions

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field

Extensive experience in sales, with at least 5 years in the logistics industry and a proven track record of success

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong negotiation and presentation skills

Proficiency in Microsoft and Google suites

Experience using sales software and CRM systems

Highly motivated, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations and adapt well to adversity

Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

A proven ability to convert leads into clients and drive measurable results

Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead Conversion: Identify, engage, and convert potential clients into long-term partners by implementing effective sales techniques and strategies

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing solutions that contribute to business growth

Performance Monitoring: Track key sales performance indicators (KPIs), analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement to meet sales targets

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including client interactions, proposals, and revenue forecasts, and generate reports to communicate progress to stakeholders

Problem Solving: Independently address and resolve sales challenges, making high-quality decisions when faced with conversion obstacles

Experimentation and Reporting: Test new sales approaches and strategies, analyze results, and report findings to refine the sales process

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction
