DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement and follow the company’s code of conduct
- Maintain dress code standards
- Customer Service
- Maintain and sustain top service levels
- Manage/Discipline staff and their duties
- Assist in all areas where needed
- Opening and closing duties
- Food costing
- Developing business strategies
- Budget plans and managing them
- Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines

- Maintain quality standards of cleaning and equipment

Requirements
- Matric
- Postgraduate qualification in business management is advantageous
- 3+ years of executive general manager experience.
- Good knowledge of duties and procedures in a restaurant environment.
- Computer knowledge (word, outlook, excel)
- Knowledge of Pilot software.
- Experience in large restaurants is beneficial
