We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Finance Graduate Intern to gain valuable experience in the dynamic Finance Team with our Number Ninjas 


Responsibilities:  

  • Process supplier bills.
  • Reconcile bills to statements.
  • Process hardware quotes to invoices.
  • Follow up on past due invoices.
  • Manage the accounts mailbox. 
  • Save bills to digital file.
  • Request copies of bills from suppliers.
  • Assist with day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to and support the technical support department. 
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure operational efficiency. 
  • Gain hands-on experience with departmental tools and systems. 


Requirements

Requirements: 

  • Relevant Degree in Finance or Accounting. 
  • Ability to follow processes and suggest improvements. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • High emotional intelligence.  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 
  • Eagerness to ask questions, learn and grow. 
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 
  • An understanding of the importance of client & business confidentiality is essential. You will have access to privileged information and must ensure that all data and devices are securely protected both physically and through other appropriate measures.
