Position Overview: As a Working Foreman at Auto24, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our workshop operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality workmanship. You will lead a team of technicians, guiding and supporting them in carrying out maintenance and repair tasks on a variety of vehicles. The ideal candidate will possess both technical expertise and leadership abilities, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities of the role are (not limited to)

• • • Supervise and coordinate daily activities within the workshop, including assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to technicians, assisting with complex repairs as needed.
    • Conduct inspections and diagnostics on vehicles to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
    • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
    • Ensure quality control standards are met, reviewing completed work to verify accuracy and thoroughness.
    • Manage inventory levels and order necessary parts and supplies to support workflow.
    • Collaborate with management to develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain open communication with team members, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
    • Uphold company policies and procedures, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Required Skills for role:

• Proven experience as a Foreman or similar leadership role in an automotive workshop environment.
• Proficiency in vehicle diagnostics and repair, with strong mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge.
• Experience and proficiency with Keyloop Drive is essential.
• Relevant trade qualification is essential (e.g., Automotive Technician Certification) .
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with automotive diagnostic software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
