Ideal requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Architectural Studies or equivalent qualification at an accredited tertiary institution
• 2 years practice based experience in project administration and technical documentation
• 2 years practice based CAD (or similar architectural drafting software) drafting experience
• Knowledge in construction science
• Fluent in English 
• Knowledge of the following software:
  MS Office
  CAD
  Caddie, Scetchup or similar programs
• Exposure to construction administration and contract documents
• Exposure  to the preparation of defects lists 
• Drivers License
