Hire Resolve is a leading recruitment agency specializing in various industries. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regional Manager to join our client's team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the operations of multiple branches within the region.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors' activities to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to branch managers and staff, setting performance goals and ensuring they are met.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with other regional managers and senior management to drive growth and operational excellence.
  • Prepare and present reports on regional performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to enhance the company's competitive position.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in the Recycling/Waste Management industry is crucial
  • Extensive trading experience
  • Deep knowledge of the informal sector
  • Strong understanding of the local market/suppliers
  • Working knowledge of EE, OSH, SHE, and BCE Legislation
  • Financial acumen is essential
  • Flexibility to travel to other regions/branches
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
