Our client is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Supervisor with a strong background in QA/QC to ensure that all civil aspects of the PV area and substation are designed, installed, and maintained to the highest standards.

Key Activities:

  • Develop, implement, and enforce quality standards and procedures specific to the civil aspects of PV projects.
  • Review civil designs to ensure compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and project requirements
  • Inspect and approve civil materials and components, to verify their quality and suitability.
  • Conduct on-site inspections to verify that civil components are installed correctly and according to design specifications.
  • Enforce safety protocols to protect workers during civil construction and ensure compliance with civil safety standards.
  • Oversee and participate in the testing of civil components to ensure they operate safely and efficiently.
  • Review and maintain comprehensive records of project documentation related to the civil aspects, including , as-built drawings, and others.
  • Provide training and guidance to project teams and subcontractors on civil quality and safety requirements.

Requirements:

  • 5 Year’s civil engineering experience
  • Bachelors degree in electrical engineering
  • Experience in quality assurance & pre dispatch inspections of the civil Components
  • Lead Auditor Certificate (advantageous)
