Overview:
As a Buyer, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, negotiating, and procuring chemicals and raw materials.
Your responsibilities will include evaluating suppliers, managing contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and Procurement:
    • Identify potential suppliers for chemicals and raw materials.
    • Evaluate supplier capabilities, quality, and reliability.
    • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts.
    • Place purchase orders and track deliveries.
  • Supplier Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
    • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize procurement processes.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and market dynamics.
    • Analyze market data to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Risk Management:
    • Assess and mitigate supply chain risks.
    • Develop contingency plans for disruptions.
  • Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of Matric
  • Proven experience in procurement or related roles.
