Key Responsibilities: 
  • Implement and oversee quality assurance processes for learner achievement programs. Ensure that all procedures meet established standards and regulations.
  • Analyse data related to learner performance and achievement. Identify trends, areas for improvement, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop and recommend enhancements to processes and procedures to improve overall learner outcomes and program effectiveness. 
  • Ensure compliance with relevant educational standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Prepare detailed reports on quality assurance findings, trends, and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Work closely with educators, administrators, and other stakeholders to address quality issues and implement solutions.


Requirements
  • Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent 
  • Relevant qualification in Quality Assurance, Education, or a related field
  • Proven experience in quality assurance, particularly in an educational or learner-focused environment.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail with a commitment to ensuring high-quality outcomes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • In-dept understanding of educational standards and quality assurance best practices
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
