Hire Resolve is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our client's team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business process improvements and implementing strategic initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders across different departments to gather and analyze requirements, identify opportunities for process optimization, and develop solutions to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
  • Requirements collection and functional specification documentation
  • Technically inclined and able to interact with APIs via Postman
  • Managing project delivery and deadlines
  • Building standards for specifications and SDLC
  • Mentorship of less experienced BAs
  • Delivery planning for projects
  • Product development experience

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent obtained Information Systems/Computer Science/or related with a major in Business Analytics, Data Analysis/Management or Information Systems is desirable
  • Diploma or equivalent obtained Information Systems/Computer Science/or related with a major in Business Analytics, Data Analysis/Management or Information Systems is essential
  • Write functional specifications
