IT Technician - Centurion, Gauteng

Our client is seeking an IT Technician to serve as the primary contact for end users requiring support and maintenance within their computing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, peripherals, and software.
  • Independently analyse, communicate, and solve technical problems.
  • Work with minimal supervision, using initiative and judgment.
  • Resolve incidents efficiently and work with vendors on technical issues.
  • Ensure seamless interconnectivity of desktop computers with diverse systems.
  • Collaborate with procurement to purchase hardware and software.
Qualifications:
  • Internation MCSE, MCSI, or MCITP qualifications.
  • Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • MS Certification.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of IT experience.
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
  • Experience with MacOS support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
  • Experience with anti-virus, printers, and routers.
