As a Senior Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in driving Agile practices and leading the successful delivery of software projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and stakeholders, to ensure efficient and effective project execution. Your strong leadership skills, deep understanding of Agile methodologies, and ability to facilitate team collaboration will contribute to the growth and success of our company and our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Agile practices and ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles and best practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum framework.
  • Remove obstacles and address impediments to support team productivity and project success.
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and manage project backlogs.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Promote continuous improvement and foster a culture of learning and innovation within the team.
  • Lead by example and inspire the team to deliver high-quality software products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development projects.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and principles.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA or similar.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
