What will you do?
  • Perform solution architecture functions across different domains (Business, Information, Data, Application, Technology & Security).
  • Work alongside the enterprise architect to ensure solutions conform to enterprise goals, standards, and governance frameworks, and are fit-for-purpose from both business and technical perspectives.
  • Engage with business and technology stakeholders to elicit business and technology requirements and translate them into a solution architecture to be implemented.
  • Research new solutions to address specific or general business problems.
  • Design and document solution architecture, including integration, to meet identified business and technical requirements.
  • Provide subject matter and solution design expertise within SAP Human Capital Solutions (SAP HCM ECC, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP Business Technology Platform, etc.).
  • Report to the SAP Enterprise Architect within the SAP Centre of Expertise (CoE) 
Responsibilities
  • Engage business and technical stakeholders to elicit goals, objectives, priorities, and requirements.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into a solution architecture for implementation.
  • Design and validate complex solution architectures to address business and technical requirements and ensure successful implementation.
  • Design solution integration architecture to ensure successful implementation.
  • Research new solutions for specific or general business problems.
  • Provide solution advisory, recommendations, and guidance on the SAP Human Capital platforms.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning and architecture definition of the SAP Human Capital landscape.
  • Understand and interpret the business processes for which the solution architecture is being developed.
  • Influence business and IT strategies to ensure collaborative alignment.
  • Contribute to building  SAP Human Capital technical and application roadmaps for both on-prem and cloud environments.
  • Provide guidance in the SAP Human Capital landscape system migrations or upgrades.
  • Document the overall Solution Architecture and integration with other systems in line with  Enterprise and Solution Architecture standards and practices.
  • Present solutions architecture to different  forums, including the Architecture Solutions Evaluation & Review forum.


RequirementsQualification
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent: minimum requirement.Knowledge
  • Designing and validating complex SAP solutions architecture.
  • Ability to identify and challenge solution scenarios by considering the business environment.
  • Provide recommendations and guidance on the SAP platform and tools.
  • Knowledge of integrating SAP solutions into various technologies and architectures.
  • Knowledge of SAP system migration or upgrades.
  • IT Strategic planning and execution.
  • Systems thinking and holistic approach to solution analysis.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of hardware, software, application, security, and systems engineering.

Experience
  • 7+ years of SAP Human Capital Solution Architecture experience
  • Experience with SAP HCM ECC, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP Business Technology Platform
  • Architecture knowledge and/or certification (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, etc.) required
  • Cloud architecture experience will be beneficial
