MAHLE Behr South Africa, at our Aftermarket Branch, has a vacancy for a Sales Support & Coordinator.

Your Role & Responsibilities

The main duties of this position will include:

Coordinate the demand inputs and demand supply. Manage sales administrative functions. Process customer orders Ensure continuous communication between the various stakeholders. Handling of customer queries Coordinate and execute financial activities.

Your Skills & Strengths

Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics or similar 3-5 years’ experience in MRP processes. 3-5 years’ experience in automotive sales. 3-5 years’ experience in SAP Sales advantageous. Advanced Microsoft Office experience required. Project Management experience required.

Competencies

Maintain complete confidentiality. Deadline driven. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Systematic and organized in approach. High numeracy skills Effectively liaise with customers, suppliers, and the purchasing department. Demonstrates composure in challenging situations. To work independently without supervision Ability to work and communicate in a team – team player. Ability to prioritize workload.
