Requirements:

  • National Senior Certificate or equivalent to NQF 4.
  • Qualification or diploma in bookkeeping or finance will be advantageous.
  • 2 years of inventory control experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Capture new orders daily on Pastel in accordance with the planning dates received from the Sales Representative.
  • Process daily stock deliveries made to the relevant Warehouse facilities on the system.
  • Verify that stock prices correspond across all systems and price lists.
  • Prepare quotations for all shortages and credit all overages for 3rd Party Warehouses at the end of the month.
