Production Supervisor

RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a Production Supervisor to join our client's team in the Mining Industry. Our client is a reputable mining company known for its commitment to safety and operational excellence.

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production processes in the mining operations. You will work closely with the production team to ensure that production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety regulations are followed.

• Coordinate and supervise all production activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules and targets.
• Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions to optimize productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage and develop a team of production workers, providing guidance and support.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline production processes and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the mining industry.
• Strong knowledge of mining operations and production processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proven ability to achieve production targets and maintain quality standards.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and protocols.
