The International Hotel School JHB Campus is looking for a Traineeship Facilitator.

We need a person who is patient, understanding, helpful and calm. You should have a genuine appreciation for the new generation and what they are contributing to the work place. You should have an engaging personality, be naturally supportive, instill positivity, and be mature enough to be a mentor.



Requirements

·      

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

Hospitality Management qualification on an NQF level 6 is essential

·       Certified as an Assessor beneficial

·       Chef experience beneficial

·       Minimum 2 years Hospitality Industry Experience

·       Lecturing/teaching/assessor experience beneficial

 

Essential Skills:        

 

●       Knowledge of academic compliance within the vocational educational sector

●       Vocational, POE and practical assessment implementation and management experience

●       Proficient in computer software, apps, social media, and technology in general
