The Role

You will be responsible for :

  • The BI Analyst is responsible for turning data into information, information into insight, and insight into business decisions.
  • Responsibilities include conducting full life-cycle activities for business intelligence, from requirement analysis and design of key business metrics to reporting capabilities.


Ideal Profile

Requirements:

  • Tertiary degree, diploma, or certificate in a related field
  • 7 + Years experience as a BI Analyst / Database Developer
  • Database design and Data analytics (specifically Power BI)
  • MS SQL, SSRS, SSIS and SSAS
  • Predictive Analytics would be an advantageYou possess a degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering or related field.
  • You have at least 5 years experience, ideally within a Data Analyst or IT Business Analyst / Project Manager role.
  • You have good presentation and communication skills and the ability to present you findings clearly and accessibly in the form of reports and presentations to senior colleagues.
  • You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
  • You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
  • You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
