Position Overview:As a Senior Network Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our company's network infrastructure. Leveraging your extensive experience and expertise, you will lead projects to enhance network performance, scalability, and security. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of complex network architectures, including LAN/WAN, data center, and cloud networks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business requirements and develop network solutions that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior network engineers, guiding them in best practices and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Perform network capacity planning and scalability assessments to ensure that our infrastructure can support current and future business needs.
  • Monitor network performance and security, proactively identifying and addressing potential vulnerabilities, risks, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures related to network design, configuration, and operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering or a related field, with a strong track record of designing and implementing enterprise-level network solutions.
  • Expertise in network protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPN, VLANs, and QoS.
  • Hands-on experience with network hardware and software from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Arista, and Palo Alto Networks.
  • Strong understanding of data center networking concepts, including virtualization, software-defined networking (SDN), and cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and recommend effective solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
