Position Available:
Customer Service Agent

Your Role at Quantanite:
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be crucial in supporting our customers through their order process and ensuring a seamless delivery experience. Your responsibilities will include handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on service quality and response efficiency. Assist customers with their order status, payment issues, delivery tracking, and any service complaints. Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the delivery process. Provide customers with information about products and services, taking opportunities to up-sell when appropriate. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's policies and processes and ensure compliance in all customer interactions. Document all customer interactions in detail for continuity and quality assurance.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a customer service role, preferably within the food delivery or logistics sectors. Strong communication skills with a proven ability to resolve conflicts and provide solutions. Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. High school diploma required; further education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus.
