Our client based in Observatory is looking for an Inside Salesperson with 2 – 3 years B2B cold calling sales experience to join their team.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • 2 -3 years B2B cold calling sales experience via the phone
  • Matric
  • Microsoft Office
  • Deadline and target driven
  • Good communication skills

DUTIES:
  • Customer Service team processes all orders, creates all quotes and handles all quality issues
  • Routes all orders to customer service for processing
  • Routes all quotes to customer service for creation
  • Routes all quality issues to customer service (and ensures that the CSR has the information required to assume ownership of the issue)
  • All client contacts are recorded — in real time — in CRM

HOURS:
  • Mon – Fri: 08:00 – 17:00
