Job description
Duties required: To be responsible for all duties as required of a homework supervisor; Maintaining discipline and supervising learners during homework periods from 14:15 - 15:15, Mondays to Thursdays. Competencies/Skills/Requirements: Excellent interpersonal skills with colleagues and students; Energetic, self-motivated and able to use own initiative; Enthusiastic, assertive and flexible; Good organisational and administrative skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with staff and learners and willingness to engage with learners on a personal level to help children in the best way possible; Must be a team player.
Minimum requirements
Qualifications: Must be studying towards a recognised Degree and/or a 4-year professional Teaching Qualification. Experience: Previous experience in managing learners in the same and/or similar type of position and environment would be beneficial.
