Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Trainer located in Midrand. As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to improve the sales team's product knowledge, sales techniques, and overall performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly. You will also assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.

  • Previous experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, processes, and tools
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to assess training needs and design effective programs
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with sales teams
  • Proven track record of improving sales performance through training
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Professional certification in training or sales is a plus
