BRANCH MANAGER

We need an experience manager to run our retail store. Despite business savvy he/she must have the ability to care for people, manage inventory and ensure that our customers have an awesome experience when they visiting the branch.

Qualification, Experience and Knowledge

Relevant Qualification with 5 years retail experience as a shop manager. At least 10 years FMCG experience, preferably in a nationally recognized organisation. Knowledge of the Agricultural Industry Ability to communicate in English and Afrikaans

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES

Manage the shop as if it is your own. Ensure efficient Inventory control. Personnel Management Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures. Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security Receive feedback and monitor the quality of customer services provided.
