Eosol Group is a leading renewable energy company dedicated to providing sustainable solutions for a cleaner and greener future. We are currently seeking a Construction Health & Safety Officer to join our team in South Africa.


Job Description


As a Construction Health & Safety Officer at Eosol Group, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of all employees, contractors, and visitors on our construction sites. Your primary duties will include:


  • Developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and company standards
  • Conducting regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and risks
  • Investigating accidents and incidents and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
  • Providing health and safety training to employees and contractors
  • Monitoring compliance with environmental regulations, permits, and project specifications
  • Attending relevant meetings and providing feedback on environmental matters related to renewable energy projects


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you must have:


  • At least 2 years of experience in health and safety management
  • A thorough understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A passion for renewable energy and sustainability
