We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Millwright to join our client's team in Olifantsfontein. As a Millwright in the food manufacturing industry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all machinery and equipment are operating efficiently. From installation to maintenance and repairs, you will be responsible for keeping the production line running smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment
  • Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues
  • Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Keep accurate maintenance records and documentation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Millwright in the food manufacturing industry
  • Trade Test Certificate as a Millwright
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
  • Experience with PLCs and automation systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
