As an Avaya Engineer, you'll be responsible for the information technology (IT) support of our business. You will provide IT technical support to all teams within the organisation and ensure that they have access to their devices and data wherever they are in the world.
You'll be able to build strong relationships with colleagues from other departments in order to share knowledge or solve problems as a team. You should also be comfortable working under pressure, as your work may involve managing multiple projects at once.

Requirements

  • Demonstrates problem analysis techniques and is creative and innovative when handling workstation problems.
  • Gathers relevant information from the customer, other users, documentation, and communications systems.
  • Coordinates with peers and additional resources for incident analysis, resolution, and management.
  • Provides direct client support to resolve computer issues.

Qualifications

  • Three years of experience in an Avaya environment preferred.
  • Avaya certification is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field required
  • 3+ years of experience in software development and/or IT architecture.
