Our client, an esteemed international corporation, seeks Engineering and BCom Graduates to become part of their team. This is an ongoing position, thus applications for next year (if you are still studying), will also be reviewed.

The goal in this position is to drive sustainable financial growth by developing products and solutions, forging strong relationships with clients and boosting sales.

Job Title: Engineering/ BCom Graduates
Location: Centurion (Gauteng)- Hennopspark
Salary: Market related - Dependent on experience and qualification(s)
Closing date: End Dec 2024
 
Duties and responsibilities:

- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Develop goals for the development team and business growth and ensure they are met
- Keep record of sales, revenue, invoices and travel itineraries
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Contact potential clients to establish a network and arrange meetings (Foreign and domestic)
- Identify new markets and improve sales
- Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry-related events

Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:
  • Matric with average of 85% (non negotiable);
  • Willing to travel internationally (have a valid passport);
  • a Degree (BEng or BSc, NOT BTech) in Engineering or BCom (Chemical or Civil Engineers will unfortunately not be considered);
  • Own reliable transport and valid license;
  • Great communication skills, with an outspoken personality;
  • Well presented;
  • You do not have to have any work experience as the company will develop you for the specific role;
  • Willing to work more than normal office hours depending on designated region and time differences.
