Job Description:

As a General Hospital Manager of the clinic, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the psychiatric hospital. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our dedicated healthcare professionals to provide the highest quality of care.
  • Resource Management: Manage the allocation of hospital resources, including budget and equipment.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the hospital operates in accordance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of hospital strategies to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Foster strong working relationships with medical staff, administrative teams, and other stakeholders.

 

Qualifications requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/ Master's degree in healthcare administration/business management, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in healthcare management, 3-5 years of Hospital Management and people management is essential.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and a commitment to compliance.
  • A genuine passion for providing exceptional patient care and support.
