Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking a Solar Technician to join their team in Bloemfontein, Free State. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled technician to work in the renewable energy sector, specializing in solar installations and maintenance.

Responsibilities
  • Installing, servicing, and maintaining solar energy systems.
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults in solar installations.
  • Conducting routine inspections to ensure performance efficiency.
  • Providing technical support and guidance to clients.
  • Collaborating with project managers and other technicians to complete installations on time.
  • Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Staying updated with industry developments and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in solar technology or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in solar installation and maintenance.
  • Experience with large scale projects
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and components.
  • Able to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Drivers license is required.
