Spares Advisor

RPO Recruitment's client, a leading company in the Appliances Manufacturing industry, is seeking a Spares Advisor to join their team in Cape Town. As a Spares Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and support for spare parts inquiries and orders. Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding spare parts availability, pricing, and lead time
• Provide accurate and detailed information on compatibility and installation requirements
• Process spare parts orders and ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve any issues related to spare parts availability or delivery
• Maintain and update the spare parts database and inventory
• Assist with warranty claims and returns
• Handle any customer complaints or escalations in a professional and efficient manner

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the appliances or manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of spare parts and components, especially in the appliances industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and inquiries
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software for order processing and inventory management
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer demands
