As the Punching Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the punching operations, ensuring efficient production and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise the punching department, including scheduling, resource allocation, and performance management
  • Ensure optimal utilization of machinery and equipment to meet production targets
  • Maintain and monitor quality standards, implementing corrective actions as necessary
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and implement cost-saving initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Train and develop staff, providing guidance and support

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a leadership role within a punching manufacturing environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of punching machinery and operations
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Experience with ERP systems is preferred
