Our client outside Franschhoek is in need of an Estate Supervisor to join their team. This person will work directly under the Estate Manager.
Requirements:
Relevant experience
Own transport and valid Drivers license
A minimum of matric with a tertiary qualification will count in your favor
Previous Management experience.
Duties:
Manage a team of 12 staff members
Ensure efficient maintenance of the gardens and the communal areas
Maintaining and managing the Boreholes and Irrigation system
Management of the workshop and the equipment
A Technical qualification/experience
