Your key job responsibilities as the Italian speaking Customer Care Specialist in Cape Town, South Africa (Remote) will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service with patience and empathy.
  • Responding to participant queries in their preferred language, maintaining a high level of urgency.
  • Understanding client incentives thoroughly to assist with queries effectively.
  • Utilizing the query system and managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with colleagues and external partners.
  • Tracking queries and adhering to client service level agreements.
  • Identifying trends in queries and providing insightful information.
  • Assisting with daily communication to participants via SMS and email.
  • Managing databases and ensuring accurate records of rewards.
  • Checking client websites for accuracy and discrepancies.


Requirements

Requirements for this Italian speaking Customer Care Specialist job in Cape Town, South Africa (Remote):

  • Must be fluent in Italian and English.
  • Must either be a stay-at-home mom or a housewife (as part of our client’s company culture).
  • Previous customer care service will be highly advantageous.
  • Need to be fully set up at home to work remotely (desk, laptop/computer, strong internet connection).
