Overview

Monitor, coordinate, and prioritise orders on the Transport Management System. Communicating to all stakeholders in an efficient manner. Providing accurate details of vehicle status to the team.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently monitor driver performance on route.

• Manage all exceptions and alerts identified on the TMS.

• Identify potential risks and acting timeously on it.

• Assist with investigations and reporting on findings to management.

• Reporting of any deviations, incidents, and risks to the company.

• Assisting drivers with on-route issues with their mobile devices and accuracy of information recorded.

• Reporting any issues with the TMS immediately.

• Work long hours (Shift work).

• Maintaining contact with drivers at all times.

• Strive for continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Min 3 Years experience.

• High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.

• Knowledge of Transport Management Systems.

• Computer literate.

• Ability to understand and anticipate client needs.

• Good interpersonal skills.

• Industry knowledge in FMCG/Logistics.
