Junior Call Centre/ Customer Service Operator 

Nelspruit

Minimum Requirements:

•Experience in customer service

•Route panning experience (advantage)

•Computer literate in MS Office

•Valid driver’s license

Main Responsibilities:

•Follow up on complaints 

•Month end stats for manager

•Purchase orders 

•Assist clients with service requests

•Assist and resolve client queries

•Assist with route planning 

•Assist clients with service requests

•Assist and resolve client queries

•Vehicle updates

•Orders and month end forecasting

•Capturing customer satisfaction survey

•Technician queries, feedback, schedules & follow ups

•Sourcing quotations

•Assisting depot managers if needed

•Follow up on invoices

Working Hours: Mon-Thu 08h00 – 17h00, Fri 08h00 – 16h00

Starting Salary: R6,000 - R8,000
