Buyer

Hire Resolve's Client is currently seeking a skilled Buyer to join their team. As a Buyer, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods and services for our company. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Source and select suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Manage inventory levels and monitor stock availability
• Work closely with other departments to understand their procurement needs
• Stay updated on market trends and industry developments
• Maintain accurate records of purchases and contracts
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve any issues or disputes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Buyer or in a similar role
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with procurement software is a plus
