Minimum Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Grade 12/Standard 10 (Essential/Minimum)
• Certificate Financial Management (Essential/Minimum)
• Diploma Financial Management (Recommended/Desirable)


EXPERIENCE: 

 3 years Relevant Accounting experience as well as exposure to Project Administration, Document formatting and general administration (Essential/Minimum) Operational


REQUIREMENTS: 
• Psychometric Assessment (Essential/Minimum)
• Certificate of Fitness (Essential/Minimum)
• English (Essential/Minimum)


Duties & Responsibilities

Compliance, Governance and Assurance


• Execute and implements responsibilities in adherence to legislative and corporate governance principles
• Ensure all information and reporting has integrity and is in strict compliance with proper accounting principles and law
• Ensure function adheres to governance, policies, standards, statutory and legal compliance. Entrench a culture of discipline



Customer, Stakeholder and Client Relationship Management


• Manage internal and external relations, including interface with service providers and applicable Business Units (BU's), as well as other functions responsible tonsure that business needs are met and employees are satisfied
• Ensure quality customer service delivery



Financial Support Services  


• Provide financial, administrative and clerical support services
• Process debtors, cash and asset accounting entries
• Prepare, verify and process sundry invoices and coding payment documentation
• Prepare invoices for data entry and enter invoices for payment
• Provide quality ensured financial/administrative services
• Process relevant debtors, accounting entries
• Reconcile accounts to source documents
• Verify compliance to policies and procedures
• Manage workflow
• Maintain document management system
• Provide consultation aligned with customer agreements
• Identify improvement opportunities within portfolio
• Ensure Quality customer service delivery
• Ensure transaction accounts are updated and balanced

• Adhere to functional policies, standards, guidelines, procedures, end- to-end processes, tools, templates etc.
• Assist in standardising, simplifying and speeding-up functional processes, eliminating duplication/bureaucracy
• Apply functional best practices, promote sharing of best practices/knowledge
