Hire Resolve is currently working with a leading Agricultural company and is seeking a dedicated and experienced Depot Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the depot, ensuring the efficient storage and distribution of agricultural products. You will also be responsible for managing a team of staff, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:- Manage the overall operations of the depot
- Oversee the storage and distribution of agricultural products
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock levels
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage and develop a team of depot staff
- Monitor and improve operational processes
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery
- Provide reports and updates to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Depot Manager in the agricultural industry
- Strong knowledge of storage and distribution processes
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage and develop a team
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
