Our client, an esteemed international corporation, seeks Engineering and BCom Graduates to become part of their team.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by developing products and solutions, forging strong relationships with clients and boosting sales. You will be at the forefront of the company and will be required to create and apply an effective sales strategy. To excel in this role, you should have a drive to pursue and close new business opportunities.

Area: Centurion (Gauteng)- Hennopspark
Salary: Dependent on experience and qualification/ Market related
Benefits: 50% Contribution to Medical Aid

Contract period and type: Permanent and office based

Requirements:

  • Matric with average of 85% (non negotiable);
  • Willing to travel internationally (have a valid passport);
  • a Degree (BEng or BSc, not BTech) in Engineering or BCom (Chemical or Civil Engineers will unfortunately not be considered);
  • Willingness to travel;
  • Own reliable transport and valid license;
  • Great communication skills;
  • Well presented;
  • You do not have to have any work experience as the company will develop you for the specific role;
  • Sales experience will be advantageous;
  • Willing to work more than normal office hours depending on designated region and time differences.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Develop goals for the development team and business growth and ensure they are met
• Keep record of sales, revenue, invoices and travel itineraries
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Contact potential clients to establish a network and arrange meetings (Foreign and domestic)
• Identify new markets and improve sales
• Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives
• Attend conferences, meetings, and industry-related events
