You will be responsible to manage the data being generated by the tools and determining a meaningful approach to the assessment of this data. A thorough approach to the aggregation of the data from the various clients and the establishment of patterns and trends to be able to enhance the SD-WAN (Software-Defined Networking) service being delivered. This will require a thorough interaction with the deployment and support team to identify items that could enhance the service quality.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop a detailed understanding of the data being collected by the tools in use
  • Develop mechanisms to aggregate data from disparate systems to identify meaningful patterns
  • Work with the technical teams to match issues with identified trends
  • Develop dashboard views for client’s, support teams and technical specialists
  • Develop automated reports
  • You will be required to understand our operating principles; make them the guidelines for how you do your job

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

  • Ability to work closely with clients (internal) focusing on solving client needs
  • Passionate about statistics and achieving results
  • Good knowledge of statistical concepts
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills along with strong organisational and research skills
  • Ability to work under pressure

Requirements

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

  • A qualification (certificate/degree/diploma) in statistics, computer science, data science or analytics or related field

Required Experience:

  • Demonstrated technical experience using programs to extract, analyse and manipulate data from a variety of disparate data sources and systems
  • Demonstrable experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role working with databases, e.g. Oracle, MySQL, MS
  • Basic understanding of SD-WAN preferred
  • Demonstrated reporting and analytical experience using BI tools or any other tools of preference
  • Solid experience in developing queries and reports based on user requirements
  • Must be prepared to work flexible hours dependent on key project deliverables
