Hire Resolve's Client is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Electrician to join their team. As the Chief Electrician, you will be responsible for overseeing all electrical operations and maintenance activities within the organization. You will provide technical expertise, leadership, and guidance to a team of electricians and ensure that all electrical systems and equipment are operating efficiently and safely.

We are looking for a candidate who is a proven leader, has exceptional technical skills, and is committed to ensuring the highest standards of electrical maintenance and safety.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of a team of electricians
  • Plan and schedule maintenance activities to ensure efficient operations
  • Provide technical support and expertise to resolve complex electrical issues
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Manage electrical projects and ensure they are completed within budget and schedule
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as an Electrician
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and equipment
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex electrical issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
  • Professional certification as an Electrician
  • Knowledge of relevant electrical codes and regulations
