The IIE's Varsity College, Sandton Campus has a vacancy for a Part-Time Lecturer in the Faculty of Computer Science for the following:

  • Programming - Advanced C# and Open Source Coding

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

  • Ideal:
    An Honours degree in Information Systems/Computer Science.
  • Alternatively:
    A Bachelors Degree in similarly related fields with Programming or a similarly related field to the third-year level.

Minimum Work Experience Requirements:

  • Lecturing experience in programming.
  • Work experience as a software developer/application developer/programmer.
  • Relevant Industry experience in your programme of specialty is essential.
  • Lecturing or teaching experience within a Tertiary environment is preferable.

Working Conditions:

  • Please note that this is a Part time role, with lecturers taking place between 08:00 and 17:00 on weekdays.
