As a Senior Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of building projects, ranging from residential to commercial. You will collaborate with a team of construction professionals including project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure the successful completion of projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to address any design or construction issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and supervise a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
